The Hotel Barclay is a short series on Amazon Prime, with 2 seasons so far that top off at 13 episodes total (perfect). Each episode runs about 10 minutes long and focuses on various situations of debauchery (sex, drugs, violence, etc.) that lead to supernatural or macabre outcomes in a room at the hotel.
And within each season there are two episodes dealing with gay characters and situations, which scores it a spot on my homo hell-evision page! Here’s a quick glimpse at the gay episodes.
SEASON 1
“The Duo”
Two guys run a gay erotic fight club, charging gay guys money to fight for sexual arousal.
Calling a guy faggot enough while wrestling him shirtless does the trick every time…
But eventually, this particular form of “hate the gay for pay”…
really starts to mess with their minds.
“The Boys”
Boys with beers will be boys…
who dig boys…
Little do they know, there are ghosts watching…
and judging…
Personally, if I were a ghost judge, I’d give them tens across the board…
SEASON 2
“The River Lethe”
After a young man break-ups with his girlfriend, his best buddy comes to see him.
Soon, the truth of their bond comes out when the dark details of the break-up are revealed.
“The Star-Crossed Lovers”
A young lesbian couple has a male friend donate his sperm so they can get pregnant. Of course, it totally does not work like this…
The only way not to waste that seed is to drink it. But, when there are crotchety old religious extremist ghosts involved, everything about the situation is so offensive there’s bound to be hell to pay…
